Geelong needs no real introduction, it is the home of the great premiers, the Geelong Cats. It is surrounded by towns such as Torquay, Colac, Lorne, Camperdown, Teesdale, Inverleigh, Bannockbum and Meredith. It is the second largest city in Victoria next to Melbourne and it has a current population of approximately 191000 Victorians. Geelong has its own airport known as Avalon airport and has a great regional plan for its future, potentially one of Australias true hotspots for the future and I believe a great place to live. Interstate removalists costs to relocate to Geelong vary again depending on where you move from and when but you can expect a 2 bedroom place to cost approximately $2100 from Sydney or Brisbane / Gold coast, $1200 from Adelaide and approximately $1300 from Melbourne.
